The Venue

A wedding at Villa Poggio alle Trese means having the entire, 17th century villa reserved exclusively for your gathering of up to 20 friends and family.

With chef-prepared, farm-to-table meals, friendly evening aperitivi and hands-on cultural experiences (like olive oil tastings, food and wine pairings and traditional cooking lessons) you and your guests are immersed in an authentic, Italian atmosphere – from sleeping rooms decorated with family antiques to insider excursions to medieval hill towns.

It’s this rich atmosphere that creates a welcoming embrace, and becomes a stunning and unforgettable backdrop for your intimate, chic wedding.

BEHIND THE SCENES ~ Making Your Event Extraordinary

From flowers to meals to photography, our amazing team of talented experts turn your special event into something truly extraordinary. These aren’t just people we “hire” to work your event, instead they are a part of our Strada Toscana family, and together we cover every imaginable detail to create a natural, artisan event that is uniquely yours. Because that’s what it’s all about, right? Creating something fabulously unique, made with loving care.

We make a point of incorporating the distinct beauty of Italy’s artisan, hand-crafted creations into your special day: exquisite flowers from Laura’s organic flower farm, beeswax candles from Massimiliano’s bees, personalized maiolica ceramics from Annalisa, organic-yarn clutch purses from Letizia, heirloom table linens from Barbara’s family, place cards designed by Marinella and delectable Italian wedding cakes – baked with love by Francesco and family.

Each element of your special day is infused with a combination of these artisan details along with the natural beauty of this part of Italy, from fields of wildflowers to sweeping vineyards to cypress-lined lanes.

No embellishment necessary.
