Day 1 ~ Sunday, June 4: Arrival Poggio alle Trese

  • Highlights: Arrival from Rome Airport, welcome and overview with Kelly Marie
  • Dinner

Upon your arrival at Rome Fiumicino Airport, our private drivers will transport you to the Italian countryside and beautiful Villa Poggio alle Trese. After some time to freshen up and recharge, you’ll enjoy a friendly welcome by your hosting team, followed by an overview of this fabulous workshop with Kelly Marie.

Afterwards you’ll have some time to explore the villa and grounds – or take a dip in the pool – before gathering together with your fellow students for sunset apertivo and a delicious welcome dinner. 

Day 2 ~ Monday, June 5: Puscina Flowers

  • Highlights: organic flower gardens, onsite instruction with Kelly Marie, bruschetta lesson
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner

This morning after a delicious breakfast at the villa, our drivers will be transporting you into the heart of Tuscany’s wine country and charming Puscina Flowers – an organic flower farm immersed in the stunning Tuscan landscape. Here you’ll take a delightful tour of the gardens, that feature more than 500 varieties of flowers, followed by flower selection (so fun!) and on-site instruction with Kelly Marie. Afterwards, you’ll enjoy a Tuscan-style lunch served up right here at the farm. 

In the afternoon, it’s back to the villa for some free time, as well as an inspiring lesson with Kelly Marie on designing natural, flowing bouquets. Afterwards, it’s time to enjoy a bruschetta lesson and aperitivo with your fellow students, followed by dinner cooked alle brace.  

Day 3 ~ Tuesday, June 6: At Villa

  • Highlights: instruction with Kelly Marie, painting class, pasta lesson
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner

This morning, after breakfast, you’ll join Kelly Marie for an inspirational floral design class , where you’ll learn how to create organic, eye-catching arrangements with the gorgeous Tuscany blooms you collected at Puscina Flowers, plus you’ll be able to forage on the villa’s grounds.

Lunch will be served up right here at the villa. Afterwards you’ll have a choice of free time or continued instruction with Kelly Marie, followed by an inspiring, floral painting lesson. Then it’s time to don an apron for a lively pasta-making class with chef Lorenza, followed by aperitivo and dinner – featuring tour hand made pasta, of course.

Day 4 – Wednesday, June 7: Città della Pieve

  • Highlights: instruction with Kelly Marie, excursion to Città della Pieve, pizza night
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner

This morning, after breakfast, you’ll join Kelly Marie for an inspirational floral design class , where you’ll learn how to create organic, eye-catching arrangements with the gorgeous Tuscany blooms you collected at Puscina Flowers, plus you’ll be able to forage on the villa’s grounds. Lunch will be served up right here at the villa. 

In the afternoon, it’s back to class to finish your project from this morning before our drivers transport you to nearby Città della Pieve. In this beautifully preserved medieval village, you’ll enjoy a walking tour along the ancient avenues, including a stop at the gorgeous 15th century cathedral and a jaunt down the narrowest avenue in Italy.  Afterwards you’ll have free time to shop and explore on your own before heading to a private home for sunset aperitivo. Then it’s off to our friends’ pizzeria to enjoy Tuscan-style, wood-fired pizza. 

Day 5 ~ Thursday, June 8: at Villa

  • Highlights: instruction with Kelly Marie, tablescaping session, photo shoot
  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner

This morning you’ll enjoy a leisurely breakfast, followed by instruction with Kelly Marie that includes a gorgeous installation, as well as making corsages and boutonnieres.  

After lunch you’ll join Kelly Marie in grand dining hall for an inspiring tablescaping session, where you’ll be joined by our friend and photographer, Sara, for a special photo shoot. Afterwards you’ll enjoy a farewell aperitivo and dinner, paired with local wines. 

Day 6 ~ Friday, June 9: Departure 

Early morning transport to Rome Fiumicino Airport.

Your accommodation is Poggio alle Trese, a 17th century villa, nestled along the border of Tuscany and Umbria, near the town of Chiusi (Tuscany). The villa boasts an ample studio space (available 24/7), sweeping terraces for dining or lounging, swimming pool and elegant breakfast/dining hall. Sleeping rooms are furnished with family antiques are offer either an ensuite bathroom or shared bathroom (max 2 of same gender per bathroom). Rooms options are made available upon booking.
